If it doesn't solve the issue (but it's unlikely to be your case, since I see no blue of the pupil in the edge gaps), check if there are any vertices right next to each other (but not quite in the same position) with the use of point selection tool and Ctrl+Z. Scale each pair to zero in all directions (in PMXE, LMB on the handle's center and drag away while holding down Alt).
If your issue is still unsolved, you can try customizing the application's settings, such as antialising (crank it to the max), in the NVidia control panel, and then, I guess, either applying blur/DOF/other effect to the render or simply dealing with it.
