And no worries, take your time. The week off I took to just gather as many pictures as possible for this bread was sorely needed. I think it shows when you compare the quality in this bread to the last.
And maybe I should start bothering with the filesizes myself at some point ... there may be like ... 60? 70? pictures in reserve that are too large for me to post.
