I'm going to throw a wrench and ask 2 questions that might change the answer to both Fire Emblem and Megami Tensei answers:
Is Tokyo Mirage Sessions FE part of the Fire Emblem series, the Megami Tensei series, or both?
Is there anyone from that game that is bigger than Cleopatra?
I genuinely don't know the answer because I've never played her game.
