During the week, I have a window of about 1.5 hours in the morning and 2-2.5 hours at night where I basically cycle through anime, porn, games and youtube, depending on what mood I'm in at what time.
Weekends I spend most of the day on the computer if I can help it, so roughly 12+ hours cycling through anime, porn, games and youtube and maybe some other things when I feel like it. I have a standard list of sites I visit for porn-related stuff (sad panda for hentai and cosplay, iwara for mmd stuff, danbooru/gelbooru for specific searches, /e/ and /h/ as a general "anything interesting being posted?" search).
I translate h-manga when I feel like dedicating a few hours to doing it (not so much lately), so I pretty much at least glance at everything that gets released on sad panda, including magazines/anthologies, to see if anything piques my interest (I filter out everything that isn't English or Japanese).
I have a standard list of words/phrases (basically a list of fetishes, anime, etc) I search through on boorus (and I try to keep track of the date I last checked each of those words/phrases in a notepad file).
