When you look at the code, all the numbers correspond to a certain value, such as which number hairpiece you used or how long you made the legs. For example if you set the leg length to 50, the number 50 will show up in the part of the code that determines the leg length. If you export the code, find that value, replace it by typing 75 over it, and import it, then the characters leg length will become 75. Even though you can only set the slider values on most things from 0 to 100, you can type an out of bounds number in the code and it will still use it.
The best part, however, is even though the intended minimum on most things are at 0, the game will accept negative values. So if you typed a negative number instead of 75, the legs will be stubbier than the slider allows you to make them. If the negative number is low enough, then the legs will start going upwards into the character's abdomen.
This trick works on most of the body proportions and can be useful for creating a lot of cool things without even using image editors like Photoshop.
