I've been trying to fix it for some of my other characters by lowering the weight of that particular prompt and by adding extra "flaws" like moles and freckles at the recommendation of another anon here, and those seem to have turned out pretty well. This character's appearance has already been established though, so prominent boob veins are forever tied to her character concept.
