The existence of the Windows100% high quality models, some of which were based on popular anime characters/mascots, was really only possible because the magazine commissioned their creation. With money, you know. Models like Kanon would not have existed.
Without that sponsor, what reason will people like Kakomiki have to create high quality models for the public to rip apart, stitch onto other models, and fap too? Passion? Yeah right.
Every model from Windows 100% goes public eventually due to it's popularity. And they are almost always the highest quality. I'd have preferred that over small-time model makers and their secret riddles.
But even a professional magazine gets fucking butthurt over something like this. Goddamn it Japan.
