During chapter 3 he's humiliated and rejected by a woman for some reason or other and vows revenge, which apparently entails ordering Benten to feed her a magic pill which causes slow and continuous breast enlargement, apparently with the aim of humiliating her right back. I never bothered translating all that part or anything, so we'll pick up with chapter 4 here.
