Anime girls get depicted with all kinds of fantastical body modifications, but somehow just eliminating the most disgusting body part is far more niche. People seem to immediately jump to the question how such a body would work, even though their suspension of disbelief works just fine in other cases, and even though the functioning of that body part is virtually never depicted or addressed in the context of anime girls and thus might as well be thought of as non-existing. Or put another way, I would guess "anime girls don't shit" is a pretty common notion, so this is just consequential
