Like doing it as a prank where you only leave for a few seconds or a minute at most before coming back and returning her clothes seems fine to me. No harm done and you can both laugh it off.
Another way I could see it being fine, if you're alone at a cabin in the woods and it's a short 5-15minute hike to the lake and you're both skinny dipping with nobody around.
Just imagining it, you get out first, taking her clothes and putting it in your backpack then quickly getting dressed. When she asks for her clothes you just laugh and teasingly tell her "I'll give them back at the cabin" then start walking back to the cabin. As long as it's not mean spirited and you can tell that she isn't genuinely upset it's fine and still hot. And of course if there's any sign of people around you give her clothes back immediately.
