>>1588829I'd suggest skipping the Zentopia arc entirely and moving onto the beginning of the Grand Magic Games arc instead. Mashima recently announced that the series is returning this year, now that the hiatus has given the manga a chance to get far enough ahead to avoid being caught upto again anytime soon. They REALLY don't want to have to make another filler arc, and I am in total agreement. The only thing as bad as the Zentopia filler arc was the Daphne mini-arc.
I hadn't read the manga at the time, but even while watching it, I could tell that it didn't feel anywhere near as coherent oe enjoyable as the manga-based stuff. It wasn't a surprise to learn later on that it was anime-only filler meant to bookend what was supposed to be the end of the series. That would have been a hell of a shitty note to go out on.
