>>1483151Here's my attempt at it. How it was done in a few easy steps:
1. Download GIMP, open picture for editing.
2. In the "layers" window on the right, right-click and hit "add new layer." Should be set to transparency with the radio buttons, hit OK.
3. Select that later, change the "normal dropdown box to color.
4. Pick a color (in this case, a pinkish color) and use the paintbrush to go over it. Adjust as needed.
