>>2100709>SwapStageTMC = AutoLink\_Stages\DOAHDM_ISLAND.TMCYes, cutting that fixed it. Coordinates seem to be in the order X,Z,Y. I made backups of all the BP animation ini's and I'll be making alternates for my custom photo shoots; I think I'll stick to Sakura for now.
Small problem; none of these parameters seem to allow rotation of the character/animation within the level, only movement of its origin along the X Z Y grid. I don't have control over which way she ends up facing and what part of the level ends up being the photo background.
I'm guessing this could only be done by modifying that animation's .MPM file? Which sadly looks incomprehensible in notepad+
