She's saying "You're not reflecting in your actions" which sounds odd in English. What I used sounds a little too tame to me, but I didn't want to go overboard. The point of the sentence is: Alesta is getting chewed up by a superior after making a mess. As long as it keeps that essence, everything else doesn't matter. You can do "Calling your friends, now? Get your ass back here!")
(Whoever is talking to the Goddess is being called a title for a director of a department. The BEST translation would definitely be 'sir' or 'ma'am' but we don't know if it's a guy or not)
