Marie Rose is a departure from that (she was also the first female fighter to have the EGL style of dress). I actually don't mind Marie Rose or Honoka, I just don't find them as entertaining or attractive as the DOA4 cast carried over from DOA5.
To each their own though. "Cowtits" Marie just looks...weird to me, since she's so short.
