If it was some type of OC I would understand, but when it comes to a character that doesn't belong to them, then I don't see what is the point of making rules; I mean, if they want to know who make the model, okay, they should be at least credited for making the model, but in Deviantart there are modelers that just for one person, ONE or TWO persons that doesn't credit them, instead of leaving a comment or a note saying who made the model, they start with the treats or even deleting the model or these who says "if you use my model with the motion of xxx person or use the model in anything that involves Yandere Simulator I will delete it" and the worst of all are the ones who rips models from games and they put the rules they want or some that I've seen more extreme (in this case from the japanese), of modelers that doesn't want to see any model involved in any type of shipping
