Unfortunately, so far it sucks. Here are some quick tips to help you on your path from overeager lurker to dedicated poster.
1) Start by reading the board rules sticky:

Do not post requests here unless you have at least 6 pictures related to what you're requesting.In your post, you mention "Hentai is good as well." Well, it isn't. Read the rules. You also only posted one image, which means your thread constitutes as a request thread, which is against the rules.
2) If that's the only picture you have, then you're going to need more pictures to post more pictures to bring your thread into the board legal limits. Try one of the many booru sites, here's a link to help get you started:

More often than not, it's the other way around: the OP is responsible for posting the majority of the content in his or her thread. Because /e/ is more about giving than receiving.
4) You also mention "only good quality." Well, that's subjective. But more than that, it really underscores the fact that you're requesting in my opinion. You've posted one picture and you expect only high quality in return? Have some humility; instead: provide us with only high quality ecchi, and we'll return the favour.
That being said, I hope you take my advice to heart and become an avid poster.
