Aside from that, there isn´t any game that I know that incorporates ENF into its gameplay. Maybe Skyrim? If you undress, people have a few voice lines talking as if you were naked, but unless you have a mod, you are standing around in your underwear. There´s also the Strip Poker minigame in Dead Rising 2 where the female contestants lose their bras (but not their panties) and adopt the classic ENF pose when defeated.
Actually, I just remembered that there is exactly one game with ENF as a more or less game mechanic. In One Way Heroics you can cast a spell that gives you power in exchange of all your equipment. After you cast it, you can´t put on clothes anymore and your profile picture changes to the related pic.
Aside from that, there are games with ENF scenes. Deponia has a brief one. Nina´s ending in Tekken 5 and Anna´s ending in Tekken 2 are another couple of examples. Valkyria Chronicles 4 has a hot spring scene which ends with a naked girl getting very embarrassed. Gravity Rush also has a brief towel falling off after shower scene.
