>>1508386Yes, but there's more to the ability. What they do is just as important as how much of it. A small boost to single cards single stat is a 25% increase for instance. But if it read small boost to all attack/defense it would only be a 2% increase per card effected.
Basically the more restrictive the qualifying recipients, the greater the actual effect.
