The real problem with scatbooru is that one idiot keeps saving and uploading the sample versions of pics, while most users in general barely know how to tag anything. Also doesn't help that the stupid restrictions about some content means a lot of stuff can't be uploaded there, which is a shame since we really need a place for all the content that's out there in the net.
