Making and publishing ENF porn is essentially just charity work. Not enough people into the fetish for it to be profitable. The mediocre creators who only do from time to time as a hobby, and don't take it too seriously, are the only ones you see doing it long term. It's not worth devoting that much time and energy into it over a long period.
