>>2583674It's not that bad, do looptools square to circle, append+join the nipple mesh, move it into place (you could edit so the boundaries have the same vertex counts), select the boundaries and do Bridge Edge Loops.
After that in sculpt mode smooth the new boundary so the normals are fine and use the blob brush to add back any missing volume. Finally move the UVs and edit the texture, it had a hole so just paint that with the nearby colors. It's not that easy if you're new to blender but not impossible either.
