SD1.4 - August 2022
NAI leak - Early October - Custom proprietary model from scratch mostly based on boorus. Don't know how much it was from scratch, it's possible it used SD1.4 or 1.2 as a starting point but if it was, there's not much SD left in it in the end.
SD1.5 - Late October
Anything V3 - November - I don't know much about it because it's Chinese. My understanding is that it's trained using NAI as a starting point.
The October to December timeframe is also when other from scratch models emerged like f222, gape60, HentaiDiffusion, etc. Many of these models made their way into the modern mixes one way or another.
