Basic
Step 1: Open image
Step 2: Select hair using polygon tool
Step 3: Image ---> Adjustments --- > Hue/Saturation
Step 4: Play around with the coloring until you get a color that you like.
Step 5: Set layer at color
Step 6: Duplicate layer and set it to multiply and play with the color a bit if you want.
Step: Rinse and repeat with hair and eyes.
