About the morphs...
I'm honestly not sure if it isn't just supposed to look like that? If you change the parenting of the breast bones a bit, use the morph and then just scale the bones down in pmx view for example you can get a pretty good results?
Mabye it works for scaling them up as well somehow
for comparison here is a picture with the right breast morphed and scaled down to 0.7
