Meanwhile Titty Morgane is an adult woman with the length to match, she'd be closer to Cattleya in height. I'd have included an upper body pic instead of just a bust shot for her to show this better but I couldn't find one.
The way I see it height, body build and thus proportional size is important. Girls can theoretically just fatten up to get themselves a bigger bust size, which is kind of cheating. Meanwhile being slender/small and having a similar bust is only possible through winning the genetic lottery.
Someone like Tearju would be in huge, but her body build/height overall puts her in large.
