I did it in bout 4 minutes so there should be some posterized areas left, i selected regions repeatedly to get as natural color as i could get, motion blurred the edges to nullify lines and then smudged the whole thing around lines to nullify the heavy posterization. You cant spot anything off about image unless you look closer anyway.
