Three rival nations have long waged war with each other and recently signed a non-aggression pact to end hostilities. The peace is shaky, however, and all three are now engaging in ongoing clandestine espionage, trying to gain advantages without spilling blood. Since any bloodshed or deaths at all will violate the treaty, the spies have adopted non-fatal, non-injurious interrogation surrounding tickle torture. Since all the old spies are too familiar with the old ways, each nation hired a new batch of young specialists who did not participate in the bloody war. Each has developed advanced techniques to extract critical information and go on missions to learn as much as possible that will give their nation a political or economic advantage at the risk of being captured themselves. The young women must go through training in their home base to resist interrogation by their rivals if caught. Giving up information is considered a major crime and the punishment from your own team will be harsh.
