I found another video where I heard audio clipping (the Koshitantan one that was just uploaded recently). I downloaded both the low quality and the high quality videos, and indeed, they are both clipping. The low quality audio is clipping whenever the high quality audio is clipping, and vice versa. However, the low quality audio clipping is quite a bit worse than the high quality audio clipping — in the low quality audio, it's just a long straight line at the top or the bottom, while in the high quality audio, the straight lines are shorter. It doesn't look like much of a difference, but the difference in how it sounds is huge. They both sound bad of course, but the low quality version totally makes your ears bleed.
