almost every black person drawn in the anime style by someone from Japan will feature either light-colored eyes or hair, often white or silver. It annoys me.
i always thought the anime style was supposed to be mostly racially ambiguous anyway. trying to portray a cartoon as having a race will often need to use caricature, which will often just end up looking silly.
