What does anon use to tag saved vids?
Basically I'm looking for some application which would let me tag all of the many MMD vids I have downloaded and then filter them by those tags to find what I want later on. It doesn't have to be a shell extension, just something that would work well with multi-level directory structure as I tend to put each creator's vids in dedicated folder pooled by platform.
Ability to save up any specific filtered list into playlist to open in some other video player would be a nice boon too.
Anyone can suggest their favorite tool for something like that? Thanks in advance.
