>>3036306I've often done it with flat color, it's not mandatory. Needs higher denoise if you want it to have texture or shading, but the model will invent something once it's able to.
Same as how it helps to draw sharp edges and outlines. High denoise cleans it up but also risks changing stuff you don't want, or blending poorly with the background.
