Moderate. You'll mostly see outfit damage, convenient censorship, situational nudity, a few pantyshots, and sexy outfits. What it lacks in terms of softcore-ness, it makes up with in roughly one-per-episode frequency.
Review:
Grenadier is one of those rare few ecchi where story and characters take priority. I'm not saying the story is fantastic, but after all the excuse plots and Average-Kuns, it is refreshing for an ecchi to have characters you give a damn about. The /e/ content is frequent and evenly distributed, but never overly lengthy or explicit.
