I was huffing and puffing when I got back. I dropped my skirt on a desk as I tried to catch my breath. The adrenaline was still coursing through me, and I had to think straight.
I’m normally a quiet girl, and I don’t take many risks. My life is pretty boring usually. Yet today, I’d done something that was unbelievable. It wasn’t as if I chose it, but I’d just sort of streaked my school hallways!
Now I was still not wearing my skirt, but my brain wasn’t able to concentrate. The idea of putting it back on was blocked out by other thoughts in my head. I was drowning in a pool of raw adrenaline.
It wasn’t even that I enjoyed it, at least I don’t’ think I did. Just my whole body felt alive. Exposure like this was new to me, and it almost scared me just how much of a thrill that moment gave me.
It was like riding a roller coaster and dropping down the steepest part.
