Apparently the overall plotline is about a livestreaming contest of some sort that the female MC wants to win, so she's roped the male MC into helping her with it. Near the end she and her competitors are bound and gagged (in the usual 'turtleshell' bondage pattern, of course) when another character presents male MC with a button labeled "win". He presses it, and everyone is surprised when it causes the female MC's clothes to burst open, still on the stream obviously. The next chapter opens with this page of her moping about it, but that's all I cared to piece together without going through my usual OCR-assisted machine translation.
