A strict female teacher has tried to enforce perfect behavior but so far failed. One day in class a group of girls tell her that they won't be able to participate in an academic study program because their parents are sick. The teacher doubts the story but excuses them from the obligation. Later that night, the teacher goes to a carnival and she sees those same girls. She confronts them and demands that they admit they lied but they stick to the story and say their parents got better. The teacher is furious and storms off to a dark corner of the carnival where she comes across a Zoltar Fortune Teller machine.
Angry, she puts in a quarter and makes a wish that lies could be instantly penalized at her school. The next morning, the teacher is in class and asks the class to turn in their homework. One girl says she couldn't do it because of a family emergency. Suddenly the girl's breasts puff out much to her embarrassment. The teacher soon realizes that a curse was placed upon a school so that when girls lie their breasts grow. Small lies just make them get a little perky but huge lies cause them to bust right out of their shirts. She uses this to her advantage and uses it as a threat to curb lying.
Meanwhile, a delinquent male youth tries to manipulate the situation and trap girls in lies. The girls from the carnival, though, have a better idea. They conspire with the delinquent to turn the tables. It works. Much to the teacher's dismay, the curse applies to her as well. It ends with the irony of the teacher forced to tell the truth to every question no matter how embarrassing.
