I haven't found inspiration to do some myself lately (real life being a bitch lately does not help).
Maybe I'll try making a quick tutorial which does specifically mention how to do the palms and soles one of these days and we can repost that one instead of this one.
Oh and by the way, I do not use Photoshop either, but that doesn't stop me from getting it right.
