>>2752871The plotlines could cover a lot of different things that the cafe would have to deal with and different business gimmicks. The staff finds out early on that they will have to deal with sometimes rowdy and uncouth customers and so they hire an aging AV actress who isn't getting a lot of work anymore. The AV actress becomes an advisor of sorts, and trains the maids how to navigate potential problems with deviant behavior in a way that maintains the presentation and prevents other customers from noticing there was a problem in the first place.
She also suggests different promotions because she knows what is most alluring. They could introduce a "Maid For A Day" contest where ordinary female customers are chosen to become a topless maid, both to try it out as a potential job and for the allure to the other clientele that their coworker or classmate is now dressed like a topless maid and serving them drinks. Of course this causes some comedic chaos, too, when a man's wife is chosen and he starts picking fights with other men over their oogling. But as things progress the cafe starts expanding and becomes a sensation. The cynical AV actress even starts softening up, trying out the job herself at one point.
