>>2747740I did a couple runs of Patty's intro @1080p to confirm it's not a GPU issue and sure enough usage never got even close to peaking and the framerate showed the same behavior.
I also did some fucking around with nvidia control panel settings and the game's .exe which seemed to help at first with the average going to 58-59fps for a while but then it stopped working after a couple game restarts.
