Kiss-shot from the Monogatari series (Bakemonogatari, Kizumonigatari, etc) is probably the biggest of that franchise in her adult form. Hanekawa gives her a run for her money though. Neither of them have official sizes as far as I know.
Shera L Greenwood is surely the biggest from Isekai Maou to Shoukan Shoujo Dorei Majutsu. Rafleisha might be similar in size. It's hard to tell since the various drawings are somewhat inconsistent, and since it seems like the author made Shera grow bigger in the latest volume.
