I searched this image on yandex. Found a similar images with the Tifa in the background without the Tifa in the black skirt but it's overlayed over garbage. I then opened that image up in Gimp, colored the background the most common blue in the background from the quoted image, re-uploaded it into yandex to search, and BAM. Here it is.
