It's a shame these girls were never introduced into the story proper, but then again I understand why they did it; they were really just shameless fish-girl fanservice.
Interestingly enough, you'll see different colored fishgirls similar to these two in episode 1-3, but afterwards they get retconned out and all the fishgirls become Mutio+Blue eyes.
