In your case you redrew much of her lower body and completely removed the outline of her ass, and it looks like you're having it kind of wrinkled like Yoko's. I drew a really rough outline in MSpaint following the bottom curve to give an idea of what I'd like to see removed, but your version shows more panties than what removing this would (so please keep the amount of panties you have showing.)
I think your version is raised to about the right height but you should really preserve more of the original shading and curves and not redraw it so much. Main thing is to have the dress tighter with the outlines of her ass more visible.
