There are actually 4 or 5 different users on Pixiv that regularly post smoking fetish ai art, and as a general rule, there's still work to be done. Heck, as you can see in pic related, not even this whole set came out as well as the four I posted. So I also wonder why some are good and the vast majority aren't.
