Plot Quality: Insane. It's like Tengen Toppa Gurren Lagaan. Except instead of men and their gigantic drills, it's women and clothes.
Ecchi Quality: You won't see any nipples. well, that's a lie, there's a male teacher, you'll see his nipples a lot. Point being, while there isn't a lot of full-on nudity, almost the entire show is performed in skimpy outfits.
And it's Gainax. And it's practically just TTGL except every character is Yoko.
