>>2206966Medea privately whispered me that we couldn’t be careless and that we shouldn’t split no matter what. I wasn’t a moron; I was well aware of the wolves; and knew that their territory was much further north, although one could never discard the possibility of a rabid straggler.
Crossing from the edge of the forest right in the middle of the inverted U the camp made to the hills above through the road between the cabins and the pool was a bit embarrassing since no one had thought to bring me anything to wear. I had nothing but my tail to cover my butt crack and my most important area at the front and the arms for the breasts. I had to convince everyone that I was actually fine and didn’t mind one bit so no one would question why Medea didn’t just hand me over her parasol.
“That’s the werecat,” a girl whispered to her friends pointing at me; luckily the only group that spotted us was all-female. We paid them no mind, they barely acknowledged our existence and we started hiking to the hilly woods north.
Once we got past where anyone could spot us, I took the vanguard and lead the group. Medea was slow because of her skin condition, but she was relentless and I had no doubt she could leave me behind if we continued for long enough. Our weak link was actually Carmen, but she wasn’t such a burden we couldn’t deal with. Everyone else seemed in great physical shape, strangely enough including me.
I had no problem finding the tree where Medea had gotten stuck getting the hair of the cat that was used for my transformation; she remembered the place fondly and once again thanked me for my act of bravery helping her down. The stream where I had found my gold earring was just below.
“Shit, it’s pretty”, Erika admitted, and started undressing at once.
