It seems like the best way to avoid cleavage if it's built into a clothing tag like it seems to be for kimono is to find another clothing tag that has the look you want and add that. Here It looks like "impossible clothes," "tight clothes," and "undershirt peek" worked, but you could probably find other tags that worked if you had a different look in mind.
