Either there has to be several witnesses or the one witness needs to have a close personal connection to the girl in question, like a role model, team member or unconfessed romance.
2-4 are pretty good but 5 seems a bit much. Like what was said above, the nudity can't be too prolonged or the girl just gets used to it. What you need in that case is not constant nudity but intermittent, unpredictable nudity.
