There are all sorts of models for it for detecting and regenerating eyes, breasts, nipples, hands, vaginas, etc. You can also use it to re-generate a person, like initially prompting Sailor Moon and then letting ADetailer turn it into Arnold Schwarzenegger in a Sailor Moon outfit. It's especially useful for wonky eyes and weird nipples, or for adding details to the face like goth makeup, glowing eyes, or whatever without changing the main prompt and thereby altering the composition of the picture.
