When skill awakening the suit that's the skill that will pop out for you to slot into your accessories. Because you can't stack skills with identical names it would be pointless to slot in that P skill if you planned on using that SSR as your main SSR.
This is why people like SSR with unique skill names. You get either a uniquely named P skill that can be used with any other suit, or an SSR main suit that can use any other P skill. Unique stamina conservation P skills are something to look out for when the holiday SSR show up.
Picking a main SSR suit to use isn't too hard since most aren't terrible. All the new ones have 3 skills on them while the old ones are 2 skills and shouldn't even be considered. Boosting your own POW or TEC costs bonus stamina while skills that reduce your opponents stats dont cost anything extra. Skills that only activate while receiving aren't as favorable as ones that activate when you spike. Just go with your gut feeling when picking a main suit really.
